The Adecco Group, the world leader in human resource services, today announced that Peter Siderman will take executive responsibility for the Adecco Institute. The Adecco Institute aims to contribute to society by providing leadership in the field of work and how work impacts individuals, companies and organizations. Peter joins the Adecco Institute after a decade with McKinsey & Company, where he was most recently global director of mobility, focused on promoting strategic flows of talent worldwide. Previously he led McKinsey's business research operations in North America (2002-2005), and held other research leadership roles with the firm in Europe and South America (1996-2001). Wolfgang Clement, Adecco Institute Chairman commented “Peter brings a wealth of research experience and knowledge that will be of immense value to the recently formed Adecco Institute” Peter holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (2001), an M.Phil from Oxford University in regional economics and politics (1989) and a BA (honours) from Portsmouth University in languages (1987).
